HISTORY
In 2007 and 2018 Greece watched as more than 100 people lost their lives, hundreds of houses and even whole villages burned to the ground, including several homes of friends. In the US and Australia in the years 2019, 2020 exactly the same catastrophe. In the US, in 2018, more than 24.000 structured destroyed while in Australia in 2019,during the “Black Summer”, 34 people died more than 10.000 structures destroyed, at least one billion wild animals are estimated to have died with some species thought to be facing extinction.
Tens of thousands of families all over the world lived in fear for days with red skies darkened by smoke and ash, air filters in short supply, roads in constant grid lock, fire crews stretched beyond their limits, virtually no water pressure or power where it was needed most. One by one homes burned while families were interviewed still in shock that everything they owned was now gone and they were powerless to do anything about it.
The three of us, believed there had to be a way to protect homes from fire in an age where we send human beings to the moon and bring them home safely and when a autonomous driven car is there. APIRA Solution is the result of over three years of ongoing research, consulting, and testing with the brightest minds in fire and materials science and production. Many alternative ideas were explored, tested and compared. APIRA’s solution is proved to be the best solution not requiring water or power. APIRA is planning to file for two (2) patents.
